Review Time
Im a paying customer i sit in the dining room to eat and the door to the women restroom was locked, I asked if I could use the restroom because it was locked i was told no by the manager. I have a medical issues with my kidneys. And then I noticed the men's restroom wasn't locked when a man went in. I gave a great review i take it back. Upset customer Priscilla Berry
We ordered delivery from a local restaurant for the first time and received notifications that the driver was on the way, but we never saw him. We attempted to contact him multiple times without any response. When we reached out to the store, they provided no explanation or apology. They only offered a refund or to remake the food, but insisted it had to be picked up. We requested a refund, which is said to take 5-7 business days, so I will check back in 8 days to see if it has been processed.
I placed an order for 100 wings this morning for a 1 pm pickup, along with five large fries and 40 pieces of corn. My order was ready right on time. I’ve never tried this service before, but I definitely will again. The food was hot and all the flavors were fantastic. Thank you for making my family gathering stress-free! This was at the local location in Des Moines.
