Deserving of zero stars. Their website is a mess and very hard to navigate, and they fail at their main job of delivering packages, citing the wrong address. The address was correct. Ironically, you can't file a complaint until the package is delivered. How convenient! They suggest using other channels for complaints and then send an email telling you to ask the seller to claim your package. I did not choose this carrier, and I will never choose them again. Incompetence at every level.

Unacceptable customer service. I called the local office to ask if my delivery could go to my home as planned instead of a location in Fuengirola. Instead of speaking to me, they put the phone down and I could hear them chatting in the office—how incredibly rude. This company is disgraceful. I can't understand how they have any customers. I will now cancel my order that I needed because of this service.
Disastrous delivery experience. I had an order shipped with this courier, with a due date of December 11th for four packages. Updates stopped on the 5th. We've contacted every office, and each one says it's not them. We've sent countless emails, called, and pleaded, as these were Christmas gifts for my grandchildren, and now I have nothing. You've ruined my Christmas and caused so much distress. Your customer support is the worst. I will never accept this service again.
Package stuck for over 10 days on a 100km journey. No updates, and no way to contact them. This service is among the absolute worst courier companies out there. How do they remain in business? It must be costing sellers a fortune in refunds. Avoid them at all costs!
Truly awful experience. My package simply vanished from the platform three weeks ago, and they even admit to having lost it. I sincerely hope the seller terminates their contract with this service. They just take your items and promise to improve. My advice is to steer clear of them.
Do not order anything during peak season. We have had several deliveries this year, but the last two have not arrived. They claim no one was home, which is false! There is always someone available to receive the items. There’s even a stall at the market selling unclaimed parcels! Is that where my package ended up?
