Review Time
I ordered a custom bobblehead. I uploaded pictures and for 3 weeks I hadn't heard from the company. The initial cost was $233 and then an additional $50 for a prop. When the final product arrived, it didn't look like the proofs and the prop was just thrown in the box. It took 7 weeks (arrived July 13) When I contacted customer service regarding the unattached prop I was told to buy "Gorilla glue" and use that to secure the prop. For almost $300 , I should not have to do my own modifications. Not happy with the final outcome & I never heard back from customer service.
The absolute worst process ever. Started the order beginning of December for Christmas presents. Over a $1,000 worth of products ordered.... 2 months later, crap proofs. Proof after proof was terrible. Not even close. The Chinese "artists" finally stated they strive for 60% accuracy. Well, when you are less than 10% accurate you have problems. No sense of urgency. We sent numerous pics over and over with detailed suggested corrections needed stating much of the same issues over and over with little or no corrections. Buyer beware. Set your expectations really low, like be happy when you get a complete stranger because you'll likely be paying for figures of a complete stranger.
Customer service is far from customer friendly, fair or reasonable. The proof process was a fail, product artistry out of proportion and worse attempt with likeness. When I attempted to cancel the order while in proof process, they refunded only 50% without notice or explanation of stealing 50% of my payment. All they had into the project was a couple proofs, certainly not justifying stealing 50% of my payment.
Sent item to wrong address and after 3 months of customer services complaints they offer 30 percent refund. This company is a big scam. No call number is reachable. I had to go through Facebook Messenger to track them. The whole operation is based out of China. No fair practice at all. I strongly advise against the company.
I placed my order in February and received it on May 20th, yes that might seem like along time, but it was well worth the wait. I ordered a custom bobblehead, ordering a small number, but when i saw the finished product i didn't hesitate to increase that number (small bulk order). Along with the increase in number of bobbleheads I had made a few changes during the proofing stages. One has to remember this is a very unique item and one should let the process play out for a good outcome. I was worried about the shipping, it came in a very sturdy box,with each bobblehead in its own box, very well protected by styro-foam and bubble wrap inside. I would like to thank Bobblehead.com for a great awesome bobblehead, along with Stephanie Hedquist, Amy Goodfellow, and Kim Brown, all who answered many questions I had either over the phone or email. Kim who handled my up grade number of bobbleheads was awesome, helping me with some of my concerns. I also want to thank those who by using my photos to sculpt/paint/package/ship the finished bobbleheads, your hard work/skills are appreciated.
