Cannot recommend this company enough. Great range of products at great prices. Staff have excellent product knowledge with fast and efficient order processing... incredible customer service too! I've used them twice and will certainly use them again.
We ordered 11 boxes as told by our tilers once he measured up. Spoke to a rude and abrupt lady by the name of Katie who has been a nightmare to deal with. The tiles arrived promptly however only 10 boxes. Tried calling them to get answers, didn't answer. Followed up with an email and didn't get back to me. We couldn't wait around as our tilers had other jobs and only had the one weekend to do ours. We then had to search for our tiles and purchased a box for the tilers to complete the job. I then wrote another email a week after and Katie finally responded. They said they were NOT going to give me a refund for my missing box and basically took our money. They had every excuse under the sun. Absolutely shocked at this service. In the process of contacting trading standards. Stay away from them!
Fantastic service, quality product, great price and fast delivery. From my initial query to placing an order, keeping me up to date on delivery dates due to the large order and quantity, and earlier than expected delivery, to the very nice and polite delivery driver Chris. Overall an outstanding service!! Plus I was lucky to time my order when the 40% discount offer on Porcelanosa tiles were on offer too. Happy customer. I would use tilesandbathroomonline again for our next project.
Ordered online and awaited delivery. After stated delivery time had passed, chased up the order as no one had contacted us. I was told the tiles are no longer in stock and have in fact been discontinued. I wonder how much longer I would have had to wait before someone got in touch with me and refunded my money!! Just rechecked the website and they still are being advertised, so beware before placing an order with this company.
Website said available - then you get an email that they are closed and no products will be sent out until the Covid ban is lifted- but they have CHARGED the full amount including the exorbitant shipping fee of £30. And who knows when the ban will be lifted. When I email they say they are closed - despite this being an ONLINE provider - why can't they check their online orders from afar....
