I had poor experience with another tile supplier and used Tiles & Bathrooms as my second choice. They gave great service, and even though the tiles had to be imported and were advertised as 2-5 week lead time they came in just under 2 -- and a bonus they were cheaper than the first supplier! If I need more tiles I'll definitely come back to Tiles & Bathrooms first.
Great service, ordered Winchester Tile Company tiles on the Monday and they arrived in the Scottish Highlands on the Wednesday! that never happens! I got great advice from the ladies at Tiles and Bathrooms and I am so happy with the Winchester Artisan tiles they are stunning and great quality, I did not waste a single tile and I had multiple cuts.
Very good service and competitive price especially on delivery charge, another online company was charging almost double for postage and in fact it exceeded the cost of the order! Very friendly and helpful service. Unfortunately I received my tiles and 6 out of 7 tiles were smashed upon receipt. Called up and got replaced within 2 days which to be fair was delivery company’s fault and not the tile company. Very fast service. Would definitely use this company again.
