I phoned to match some existing tiles…

I phoned to match some existing tiles and gave the name of the tiles and the assistant was quick and efficient to find them and order them for me. I was notified when the tiles came in, on picking them up it was very quick and the assistant brought them to my car. Well done.

Extra mile for a tile

Needed 20 Porcelanosa tiles so our new tiles can fix the shabby work of the old tiler. Our usual source told us Porcelanosa were not supplying to them anymore so we needed to find a new company to get them from. T and B have a speedy quote and we didn’t bother trying anywhere else. I was a smooth transaction. The tiles arrived when I was told they would, had to laugh at the size of the artic delivering them as looked like only our tiles were on board. The driver was great and waited till I checked all the tiles. All in all an excellent experience. Thanks to all concerned.
