Very pleased with our new door. Timber Windows kept us informed at all stages of our order and installed our door within agreed timescales. The door was expertly fitted to a very high standard. A couple of minor snagging points were sorted out efficiently and promptly. We would definitely recommend Timber Windows who provided a highly professional and customer oriented service.

They kept their promises

They kept their promises, were professional throughout and their offer was competitive for replacing quite a few old windows with double-glazed ones on a listed bdg under strict planning guidelines.

Excellent experience start to finish.

Excellent experience from visiting the showroom in Colchester, discussions when door was being measured, email communications, and the fitting on the day. Very happy with our new door and will definitely look at when replacing windows.
