This operation is a scam! Once payment is made for the package, they stop responding! Their replies only come until they secure your money! They seem to be connected to multiple services, all operated by the same deceptive agents. They claim to be based in Texas, but I have serious doubts about their legitimacy in the USA! They also contact customers at odd hours, like 3 AM—what kind of professional service does that? Don't be fooled by their tricks!
They are deceiving people under the guise of religious travel, using various agency names. They operate under names like Madinah Travels, Al Hajaz, Ziyarah Travels, Umrah International, and possibly others! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Al Hajaz owes me $2,300, and they keep delaying with fabricated excuses. Each time I called, the representatives claimed to be on medical leave, in a conference, or dealing with personal tragedies—these are all false justifications! If you contact these agencies, the same representatives respond under different names: Manahil, Manahoor, Saqib, Ayesha, Bisma. They are all fraudulent! I anticipate they will reply to this review claiming they can't find my name in their records, as they have done with other negative reviews. Don't risk your hard-earned money with such deceitful practices!
Regrettably, my Umrah experience was greatly affected by inaccurate and deceptive information regarding hotel accommodations and transportation. We were assured of a specific standard and location for the hotel, but upon arrival, the accommodations were entirely different from what was promised. The condition, location, and overall quality fell short of what we were sold. This led to unnecessary stress during what should have been a spiritually uplifting journey. Moreover, the transportation arrangements were not as represented. Transfers were poorly organized and did not meet expectations, causing repeated inconveniences—especially draining during Umrah when dependable transport is crucial. An Umrah package is more than just a trip; it represents a unique spiritual journey. Being misled about essential services like hotels and transportation detracted from that experience and left us feeling let down.
I am very disappointed. Sakib bhai booked umrah for my parents. He booked them in good hotels. He was all nice and communicative. Once my parents arrived to Madina, Sakib bhai quietly changed my parents’ hotel to a terrible hotel without informing them or getting my parents’ consent!! He didn’t even refund the difference. Basically he took their money. When my sister asked why he did that, he lied and said original hotel has constructions going on so he had to change. That’s a lie. My parents were miserable and did not like hotel at all. For many days my sister and I tried to contact him to change to better hotel. He said he will and disappeared. He is a scam. He will book your trip nicely, take your payment, and once you reach there, he will quietly change your booking and not inform you or even refund the difference. Don’t go with him.

We had been to Hajj and Umrah in the past and this time we used Al Madinah Travel and honestly it was the best out of three trips we made. Brother Saqib helped us on every step of our journey. There were some usual hick ups but Brother Saqib was always available to resolve the issues and help us during off hours. Umrah guide and Ziyarah guides at Mecca and Madina were available without wait. The best part of the trip was a good communications between local support and us. I will certainly use brother Saqib in future if I decide to go again IA. Thank you brother Saqib for all help and supporting provided to us.
It was great experience, we had been to Hajj and Umrah before, but this was the best of all. Right from the beginning brother Saqib helped on every step of our journey with timely return of phone call and suggestions, and was always available to resolve issues if ever arose, return a phone call even late nights team in Mecca was great. Helped us on every step and good communication between team in US as well as Mecca , Mairaj bhai Haider bhai was great and whole team worked as one unit.with brother Saqib leading the team in us Mairaj bhai in Mecca.brother Saqib made sure that our return is smooth until we reached home.If Allah wills I would plan to go by this company again.It was best experience I am still cherishing.Thank you
