i dint understand why giving fake information to people again and again. i came to your office which is mentioned in the website postcode. And when I asked the office, they said you are just registered company with them. But you don’t have any activities or they trade me they’re not responsible for any of your dealings so I don’t understand why you using that postcode and diverting the people when you system is deducting the money from each account you know deducted and which account it was deducted and which Bank through so why can’t you refund if it goes error or anything else? You just wasting the time of the people and just trying to divert, but everyone now understand this site is just fake. My money was deducted on 26th January from my Monzo bank account around early morning 12.11am. what is the proof I need to give you if you do some mistake? Just try to accept. Don’t try to give explanation for nothing and you need to refund that money back to my bank account.
Parcel dropped off at Collection point on 14th February 10.36. It is showing as still there. The parcel was supposed to be delivered on 23rd February and hasn't appeared. I have tried to find out myself what happened to this parcel. The shop staff told me yesterday the parcel was returned but dont know what that means. It certainly wasn't returned to me and I was not given any indication by text or email it had been returned. I have raised an action which they said i would get an email with tracer number. The only email I got was a copy of the transcript of the conversation with the online message bot. No notification of the action number. I did copy it down but it looks incomplete. Over £30 spent to get a parcel delivered in 9 days and 14 days later they do not even know where my parcel is. Over £50 out of pocket plus hours of my time knitting the contents of the parcel. I certainly will not use this service in the future.
They were agent for UPS As it is a third party it is very difficult getting anyone to take responsibility for the situation or axtualky get someone to talk in petson to about the situation.

this is fraud, fake site? This site charged me £13. And the delivery event failed because and the start-up it was error on the page and they didn’t me the money to my bank card and. Kanth raise the complaint because they don’t have any complaint or responding service so this is the fake fraud website. Please be aware don’t use this site and also another thing is when I go to this postcode to ask in the central London they said the company is registered with with the Office but they have no any link with this courier company and the lady just gave me a number customer consumer affair to complain that’s it . This has been a terrible experience. My wife sent a comfort box to an former employee in Kenya. They have fallen on hard times and it was Christmas.
The value of the contents was £50. The parcel cost £48 to send. Once it arrived the import duties were calculated to be £94.
So, it has cost us £200 to send some small gifts to Kenya and it still hasn't been delivered in five weeks.
I ordered a shipment from the UK to Portugal.
The pickup was not done on the planned date, and neither Parcelcompare not Fedex notified or justified the issue.
After trying to contact Parcelcompare customer services and sending multiple tickets, without any reply, I had to reschedule the pickup directly with Fedex. My shipment ended up being delivered with a one week delay.
Even worse, I have been invoiced £107 without any explication (more than the cost of the initial shipment), for supposedly exceeding dimensions or weight, when the weight was far below and dimensions were 100% accurate. Absolutely unacceptable.
Don't ever contract them.
I made a booking, paid and then cancelled 30 minutes later. We are now one month further and I still have not had my payment returned. I stead I just get fobbed off over the email by someone called Deborah King (who I suppose isnt even real) telling me that they will look into it. Scammers!!
I had a very frustrating experience with the service. My parcel was listed as “In Transit” on their tracking system for an extended period. I was never notified that the parcel was lost. After an incredibly long wait (nearly a year), I was informed it was deemed lost, and they refused to honor the insurance, claiming it was reported too late — even though their own system had never indicated the parcel was lost. To add to the frustration, they later tried to impose a “return to sender” fee, even though I never received any returned parcel and was given no evidence that a return occurred. I did not receive the service I paid for, was not adequately informed, and then faced unjustified charges. The customer support was unhelpful and relied on policies that were poorly communicated. I strongly recommend that others proceed with caution before using this service, particularly for important or valuable parcels.
Attempted to finalize a booking, but the form expired. Then, when I sought support, the bot also timed out. I requested a refund through the bot, but it timed out again, instructing me to "submit a support ticket on the website." However, there is NO WAY TO CREATE A SUPPORT TICKET in the support area of the website—only generic responses to inquiries. Steer clear unless you're okay with potentially losing your money!
Avoid this service. I encountered difficulties obtaining labels for my order and chose to cancel it. I spent over £100 on international shipping, and I was told my refund would be processed within 7 days. After 2 weeks, I still haven't received my money, and I can't reach any support team since they don't have a phone number! The only way to get in touch is through their messaging system?! Exercise caution!
I am completely frustrated. I booked a parcel to be sent to Kent from a local store. Upon arrival, there was no one at the till. I searched the entire store but found no staff. I called out near the back, but there was no response. When the store attendant finally appeared, I confirmed I was in the right place and retrieved my parcel from the car. However, I was told the barcode wasn’t working and was directed to the Post Office instead. The Post Office confirmed they didn't have it, so I returned to the store today, but was again told the barcode was not functioning. The service does not provide a contact number, and attempts to use the contact option were unsuccessful. I can't cancel the shipment because the tracking indicates I left the parcel, which isn't true since the attendant wouldn’t accept it. I've had to search online for the service in hopes of a response. I plan to go to the Post Office on Saturday to send it via another service, which I hope will be much simpler. The attendant seemed confused, and none of this has been helpful.
