We ordered four tires. We received three matching and one incorrect size. We contacted Easy Tire and Jenny sent out a return label and had a correct tire sent right to our door. Thank you Jenny for all of your help. We will buy from Easy Tire again.
This was a smooth and easy process. I got the best deal for my tires and they arrived quickly!!! I also enjoyed the fast delivery and updates.

The process required to place this order was unreasonably convoluted, involving too many processes and unnecessary steps.
When I proceeded to finalize and purchase the tires, the price changed abruptly and without any prior notice. Upon contacting customer service, I was told that prices fluctuate from minute to minute. This explanation is wholly unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of pricing controls, transparency, and accountability. I was placed in an untenable position. The vehicle was urgently needed that weekend, and the existing tires were unsafe for highway use. Delaying the purchase was not an option due to legitimate safety concerns. Your pricing practices effectively forced an immediate decision under pressure, which is unacceptable. This experience demonstrates a failure in your ordering and customer service processes and does not meet reasonable standards of professionalism or consumer fairness. I expect this matter to be reviewed promptly and addressed appropriately.
Very fast shipping and reasonable pricing. Only problem that didn’t get 5 stars was the tire I ordered was described and depicted as being a completely different tread pattern the what I received there for it didn’t match my existing tire.
While the tires were a good price,I don't think it was worth buying from Tires Easy. I made a mistake and clicked the buy button twice so two separate orders of four tires were placed. I placed a cancel request literally within 10 minutes after the order was put in. They totally disregarded my cancel request and sent the four extra tires anyway and I was charged over $700 for the set I tried to cancel. Not being able to cancel a mistake order in that short of a time after it was placed is absolutely ridiculous. I still haven't received my refund for the tires that had to be returned. Regardless of price, I will never be using Tires Easy again.
I had an installation appointment scheduled for 10 am and was ready for the expected 2-hour process. I arrived at 9:45 am, but unfortunately, I wasn't attended to until 1:10 pm. I later learned that my appointment was considered a drop-off, which I should have been informed about. Waiting for THREE hours before receiving service was quite an unpleasant experience.
Fantastic service with delivery in just one business day, even during the busy Christmas week! The price was excellent, and I had them installed at a local independent tire shop. I checked the production date, and they were made less than two months before my order, so they're fresh stock. Very little weight was needed for balancing. No issues at all. I saved $700 compared to quotes from franchise shops in the area. I highly recommend these tires for the weather in the Pacific Northwest. My last set lasted 50k miles, even with plenty of gravel driving.
