I reached out to this company to explore their services for a smaller segment of our organization, with the understanding that this could potentially expand into a broader engagement across multiple affiliated networks.
Unfortunately, the experience was not particularly encouraging. Communication during the initial stages was inconsistent, with noticeable delays in responses. When we inquired about the possibility of a trial or demo—something that is fairly standard practice when evaluating cybersecurity solutions—we were informed that a trial was not warranted given the relatively small size of the initial engagement.
The rationale provided was that their service is already trusted by a large number of managed service providers globally, and therefore a trial period should not be necessary. While their existing client base is certainly notable, the absence of an opportunity to evaluate the platform firsthand makes it difficult to assess fit, functionality, and support—especially from the perspective of a new client.
For organizations evaluating vendors, responsiveness, transparency, and a willingness to demonstrate value are key factors in building trust. In this case, those elements were not granted and we were forced to pay to try.
That said, the company may still be a suitable option for larger organizations or those already familiar with their offerings. However, smaller teams or those seeking a more hands-on evaluation experience may want to clarify expectations early in the process as they may not offer a trial like the site implies.

Not sure what to say but you should not subscribe to Titan, free version of Microsoft defender works way better than them. They have support engineers who know nothing, incompetent. Their solution doesn't work. They can't even answer questions you ask about their own protection tool. Afwul customer service and tech support. Stay away!
Bad, possible scam experience. I reached out to TitanHQ for email encryption for our company. Had a meeting with a sales rep named Ryan Flaherty. We have a fairly basic email infrastructure – Outlook 365 on a 3rd party hosting site, so we went through our requirements and everything looked great. To move into implementation, we had to pay for a year of service, but Ryan assured me that it would work, and if it didn’t, then of course they’d refund the payment. We got to implementation and it didn’t work. Turned out they require certain settings on the mail server, and we didn’t have that level of control with our hosting company. Frustrating. I was pretty detailed about our email setup, so it felt like a bait and switch – just tell the customer what he wants to hear and worry about the details later. So a waste of 2-3 weeks, but whatever. I emailed Ryan updating him and asking him to refund the payment, and I started looking elsewhere. That was 3 months ago. No refund and minimal responses. I send emails every few weeks requesting an update which they usually ignore. Every once in a while, they respond to an email and say they’re taking care of it. And then another few weeks of silence. I’ve called their “Customer Success” line several times, but it just sits on hold for 20 minutes and then drops the call. So, either they’re just inept and disorganized, or they can’t be bothered to take care of customers. Or something worse. Eventually, I told the sales guy I would post an online a review of the experience which I thought would be some incentive to do the right thing. But I guess not. So here it is. I guess I pursue a fraud claim with my credit card company?
I paid for annual fee even though they offer monthly plans. I hired a local security company to manage my companies security and they replaced TitanHQ software. I have used TitanHQ less than a month. I contact TitanHQ to see if I could switch to monthly billing but they said no. I am being charged the annual price for only using the product less than a month. A big ripoff. Not very good advertising. I will not recommend this company to any of my clients.
requested a quote for mail archiving.agreed for said quoteDuring setup they asked for domain admin credentials.Noped the f*** out, had to pay for a year without a propper secure solution.Still better then to give a software provided keys to the kingdom for a simple archiving solution.
SafeTitan….is a very poor platform, full of bugs, it lacks content has a fraction of the content other platforms has. The passwordless training feature does not work. When users attempt to enrol for a training account; a verification code fails to be sent to their email address so the process fails most the time. When users attempt to reset their passwords they are greeted with an error message which prevents them from resetting their password. The error message lacks any meaningful content to indicate what’s causing the issue. But by far the worst aspect is the poor quality customer service, they fail to address any individual issue in a timely manner. Clearly their staff lack training on how to handle customers problems associated with bugs on their platform. In a nutshell avoid, avoid, avoid…there are better options! We will not be renewing!
I recently moved my site to a dedicated server, but it didn’t have the mail filtering feature I needed, and we were flooded with spam. TitanHQ stepped in and created a custom spam filter that not only blocks unwanted emails but also lets us review false flags. So far, the service has been great, and I’m really happy with the results!
