Review Time
I attempted to use their service to sell some HBAR on june 4th. It is now june 12th. It has been 6 business days, double their maximum estimated time. I contacted them to ask for an update 3 days ago, and they said they would look into it. No update has come. My money is still in limbo, presumed gone.
Ashamed !I purchased XRP through C14 and It has now been over 24 hours, and the XRP has not been delivered to my wallet. I sent an email to the support yesterday, but I have received no response despite their claim that 99% of transactions are processed within 10 seconds.This is extremely frustrating, as there has been no communication or update on my transaction. l've provided all necessary details, including my wallet address, and still no resolution. I urge C14 to address this issue immediately and improve their customer support responsiveness. I hope to update this review positively once resolved, but for now, this experience is unacceptable.

Bought for 1000 euro (1130 USD) an asset and when I received it. It was only worth around 800 USD. Which is 30% less. Sure exchange rates. Sure some fees. But 30%. Where did that go. The rate of the asset only dropped max 3% today. I should have checked the numbers before buying but you should expect that what is shown is a normal rate. Checked my formar uses of C14 too and the same thing. But where lower prices and took some days every time. So didn't notice it before. Feel scammed for sure, and never going to use C14 again.
