Review Time
I just received my TKTX numbing cream in the mail and it’s very underwhelming. It’s twice the price yet one third the size of a tube of numbing cream I previously just bought from my local pharmacy. Also as far as I can tell they have the same amounts of active ingredients but it’s hard to be sure because the txtk branded cream has very little specific information on the packaging, it literally just has a list of ingredients and then says “and so on” while the pharmacy product lists specific amounts of all active ingredients. Would not buy again.
Made and order and paid for next day delivery. 5 working days later the order is yet to arrive. No response from the supplier. Royal Mail status says “waiting for supplier to send the order”. No one answering. No way to cancel or refund an order yet to arrive.
No idea on the cream as nextv day postage via official site is not next day its "special delivery " if your a normal working individual you'll never get this product until you can get to sorting office which if you've ordered next day for a reason will be too late.Customer service from online store shocking ans couldn't give 2 hoots about the .oney wasted and there false advertisement.
