Review Time
This is the second time I've bought from this company, they first time years ago for some shorts to go under a dress. They are great at holding you on all the right places.
This review however is for my most recent purchase, 2 pairs of leggings, the 'extra strong compression leggings with high waist tummy control and pockets' and the 'extra strong compression outer thigh smoothing leggings with tummy control'
I have lipoedema so I bought these leggings to wear to support my medical needs when I don't feel up to wearing my medical grade compression. I am a size 20, so according to the size guide I got the 3xl.
They are definitely compression, but aren't as tight in the thigh as I maybe need them to be, as that's where more of my trouble areas are, thigh and hip, but definitely great for when I don't feel up to the fight of getting the medical grade ones on.
The fabric is lovely and thick in the legs, the pockets are well stitched, and they offer good support around the tummy section with the high waisted ones coming nice and high.
The waist has rolled down a little on me but I have no doubt that is due to my shape, but it is not uncomfortable in the slightest, unlike other brands have been when their waist roles rolls down and feels like a rope cutting you in half around the middle.
I have previously bought leggings from much more expensive competitors and would absolutely put these on par with them. There is very little difference in my opinion with these and another well known compression brand starting with an 'F', I put those through a lot of hard wear at my job at the time, outside, with horses and walking miles a day.
I'd definitely keep buying these ones and will be making another purchase soon, I'm going to see how they hold up over time.

Do not opt in for next day delivery. There is no such thing. I paid an extra £6 for one pair of leggings to arrive the next day for an event I had to attend to which was very last minute. I followed instructions to place the order before 4pm Monday to Friday which I did. I placed my order on Thursday at 2:30pm and opt in for next day. Save yourself the headache and do not rely on the next day service. Just like mine, it will not arrive and will leave you very frustrated.
I really want to love these leggings as the compression is extremely good, but the short length leg is too long. I ordered 29 leg and they are way too long, I’ve had several pairs and each pair is the same. The ankles are also extremely baggy and do not sit right. I’ve tried to reach out to TLC on social media but the messages don’t ever go through. If the company sorts out the ankles and the length they would be amazing leggings as they are very good quality material and are not see through. For the price they need improvements.
I've ordered a few items from TLC Sport over the year, from high compression leggings to high compression shorts and sports tops and here is what I think...Firstly I have to say the customer experience has been above and beyond. I accidentally ordered an XS in a rush along with other items that were all XL so I received a call from TLC wanting to check it was intentional. I was so grateful they spotted this and corrected it immediately. Didn't delay my order arriving and I am so grateful they saved me the potential effort of having to return and replace!Onto the quality of the clothes...I'm a size 18 and 5'8" for reference. My first order was the high waisted high compression leggings. These started off amazingly, and hid my lower apron (made so much worse since having kids giving me saggy love handles too), however I could see daylight in the stitching by the bum area. I wore them a few times and these soon became holes. I emailed TLC with photos and they happily sent me another pair. Alas over two months I had holes again.The high wasted shorts however I've had for over a year and they're perfect, they still hold me all in. They have been a wonderful purchase so I've bought two more pairs. The sports bra/ sports top called Sports Bra With V High Shine Panels Black is the most gorgeous top I've worn in years. It is stunning and the quality is great. It's ideal if you have breasts A to D cup but wouldn't be great for larger busts. Overall TLC is a mixed bag, the leggings are expensive for the short shelf life but the shorts are worth every penny. The sports bra is incredible... The customer service is incredible!
