The warranty is disappointing

The warranty is ineffective. Claims are dismissed by categorizing all issues as 'wear and tear,' which is excluded under the policy, despite sudden engine failure being listed. They prefer phone calls and do not respond in writing. I am currently contesting a claim denial and will escalate to the relevant authority if unresolved. They likely expect most claimants to be too busy to pursue disputes. Save your time and resources by steering clear of this service.
