Frustrated with Service and Delivery

I'm extremely disappointed with this service. I placed my order on the 24th of November and have reached out multiple times for updates. Today is the 23rd of December, and I was promised delivery by Monday, yet I'm still waiting. I even requested a refund if my order couldn't be fulfilled. After paying £124, this situation is very frustrating.

Disappointed with the service

Not a Reliable Company
