I am so tired of having to thrown away puffer jackets because of misleading washing labels. Over the past couple of years I cant even record how many puffer jackets I had to send to recycle bin due to misleading washing labels. We buy a puffer jacket and after 2-3 months of using it and sweating we put them on the washing machine according to washing instructions on first time its gone. The Nanton Tog24 Jacket puffer filling gets clumped after first washing and it is clearly due to the filling not been stiched properly to the jacket outer shell materials and when I tried to complaint by sent the company an email about the issue they sent a replying saying how to wash and dry the jacket! We all know thats bad sewn jackets that are made to get clumped after washing it so we have to disposal and buy another one! Cant no longer fool us! The Nanton Tog24 Jacket Jackets are not washable!!!
I received a 3 in 1 outer coat as a gift and wore it today. It felt like a basic raincoat with no insulation, leaving me feeling very cold. My previous coat from another brand keeps me much warmer! I'm quite let down. I can't assess the waterproofing yet, but it definitely lacks warmth.
I placed an order last year, but it was not delivered. Although I received a refund, they wouldn’t allow me to swap the item for a different color at the same price or offer any meaningful discount. It felt like my concerns were ignored after they held my payment for 10 days. The customer service was very disappointing; if an item is unavailable after ordering, it's their error. A refund without compensation feels like a breach of trust.
We purchased a couple of items recently, and both had zipper failures after minimal use. I believe this is a manufacturing flaw since it happened to both items from the same brand. When I reached out, the response was just to refer us to a paid service for repairs instead of addressing the issue. I would advise against making a purchase here, as the quality seems to be lacking.

As the brand grew in popularity skiwear and casual clothing were added. We manufactured all our clothing in the head office we still own today, however, to ensure we stayed competitive and to keep our doors open, it was with a heavy heart that we began producing overseas. TOG24 began with the factory shop in Heckmondwike. Originally carpeted in off cuts of fleece and selling seconds and ends of lines out of cardboard boxes, the store did so well that we stopped trying to sell TOG24 to other people’s shops and set up our own chain of stores.
