From start to finish, the experience has been outstanding. The communication was professional, responsive and extremely helpful — especially when discussing fabric choices and design details. Every question I had was answered clearly and confidently.

The suit itself exceeded my expectations. The fit is sharp, the silhouette is clean and structured, and the fabric feels substantial and high quality. The detailing — from lapels to pockets to internal finishing — looks far more expensive than the price suggests. I’ve already received multiple compliments wearing it.

For what you pay, the value is exceptional. If you take the time to provide accurate measurements, they deliver something that genuinely looks and feels bespoke.

I will absolutely be ordering again.

I like the level of communication

I like the level of communication to ensure the suit fits well. The number of individual measurements asked for as far greater than the normal fitting process. I also like the various options available to customize the suit.

I'm thoroughly impressed.

I'm thoroughly impressed. From the day I ordered to the day I tried my shirts on, it was about two and a half weeks. They even took the time to email me about double checking some of my measurements, and they were absolutely right. The shirts are the best fitting garments I've ever had in my entire life. Great quality and workmanship. I look forward to ordering a suit from them soon, now that my measurements are confirmed.

Love what they offer

I have been using these guys for over 4 years now and I love what they do. I am from a tailoring background so I tend to be picky but I can’t fault what they do. I have had to alter a few times but mainly due to my weight loss/weight gain. Nice to see some lovely Italian cloth on offer. They have made suits, shirts and even an overcoat for me. They have always communicated well with me.

Do Not Order from here.. ordered 2 items on 8/18/19. After 2 months of receiving no updates I emailed to confirm and received no response. Emailed a second time and finally got a email on 10/14/19 just saying someone would be contacting me within a few days. Its been 5 and still no response. Horrible customer service. I will never order from this place again!!!
