I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the service we received from this pest control company. When we contacted them, we were desperate for a solution. We trusted them to make our home safe, especially with a baby in the house. But instead of helping, they brought us more stress, sleepless nights, and zero results.We paid for a full pest control service, hoping it would give us peace of mind. But the ants never disappeared—not even for a day. I kept sending them photos of ants crawling through our baby’s clothes, inside sterilized baby bottles, and even in his bed. It was heartbreaking. Still, they kept insisting the treatment was done and the guarantee had expired, ignoring the fact that I had been documenting the problem all along.As if that wasn’t bad enough, just four months later, cockroaches started appearing again too. I reached out to them, but this time they didn’t even bother to respond. Total silence. No follow-up, no responsibility, no basic customer care. It’s like once they take your money, they stop caring.Now, four months after the treatment, our situation is worse than ever. We are overrun by ants. They are in our clean dishes, crawling over our laundry, even in our baby’s crib. Every single day feels like a battle, and I can’t even describe the emotional toll this has taken on our family.Instead of standing by their service and helping us, the company tried to blame us—saying we should keep everything in the pantry closed, that it’s somehow our fault. Our pantry is spotless. We’ve done everything right. But they just keep making excuses instead of admitting they didn’t do the job properly.I would never recommend this company to anyone—especially not to families with young children. They don’t take their work seriously, they don’t care about your concerns, and their treatment simply does not work. We trusted them with our home, and they completely let us down.Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company. They failed us, and they will fail you too.

the comany needs to be honest and get back to client when they have a problem with the job that was done did not get pension discount from them they also did not remove rat nest dispite RAC head supervisor took photo's which i forwarded to tom pest control and have not returned my call my next move will be consumer affairs I Do Not Recommend This Company at Al

I am giving two stars because the second technician we had was professional and offered helpful advice. The rest of the service was sloppy and chaotic. The first technician inspected the flat, laid baits and also saw an irregular electric installation. He took photos and reported it, which is helpful, but also warned the tenant about risk of fire, which he was not qualified to do. The tenant was left terrified, and I had to urgently call an electrician to inspect and confirm no risk of fire and that our electricity certificate is valid. The second technician turned up and provided a minimal report on the pest situation, suggesting a solution. The office quoted £300-£400 (!) to implement the solution. To confirm, this was their quote for a 45 sq m one bedroom flat with no infestation, to seal potential entry points for mice on an area of half a square metre: £700 in total, including their two initial visits. When I challenged the quote, they offered to implement their solution for £300. It was still way too expensive, but it made me wonder about their initial quote: were they trying it on, or did they confuse me with another customer? Looking for a more cost effective solution for this space, I asked to speak to the second technician to discuss his observations and advice. It took two days on the phone and multiple emails, and a threat not to pay their invoice, for the office to allow me to talk to the second technician on the phone. He was very professional and suggested a practical, low cost solution, and guidance so I can call a handyman to do the job. I was happy with the second technician, but the service overall was chaotic and sloppy, stressful for me and the tenant. I would not recommend this company for cost-conscious customers in one or two bedroom flats, and certainly not if you want a good service for your tenants.

Best service!!

Noticed a bed bug in the morning and Zack T sent a technician the same day to get rid of the little pests. We had a lot of questions and the technician answered them all. Service was quick, speedy and effective. We've only seen a handful of bugs since the treatment since yesterday!
