I order drill Makita and they are send me with Royal mail. I waiting a lot my item and when was day for delivery Royal mail send in the back my item because the adress not was complete even isn’t true.Toolden not contact me to ask anythink if missing same details in adress Never I will order from Toolden I lost a lot of time because they are very not profesional
Reviewing for my partner - he purchased Makita charger and plastic packers on the 29th of December. It is now the 28th of January and the order has still not been received. They sent an incorrect item 2 weeks ago (pliers), he has contacted them to explain the wrong item has been sent. Toolden replied and said ‘is it with you now’ and they’ve brought up the issue with the warehouse team and that was the last contact we had over a week. Still no order been received over a week later. Outrageous.
I placed my order on December 27th and after four days reached out to customer service, who assured me it would be shipped that day. After lodging a complaint and sending messages that went unanswered, I finally received my order on January 9th—12 days later! They clearly didn’t have my item in stock and misled me about availability. Terrible service from start to finish; don’t waste your time or money.
I’ve used them before without issues, but this time was unacceptable. There was no delivery as they couldn't locate my address, even though it has been delivered here before. Customer service told me to wait for the item to be returned before requesting a refund, which was on December 19th, and now they are ignoring my emails. I was under the impression that this violates consumer rights! I just want my money back and a response would be appreciated!
No issues encountered. The company was quick to respond to email inquiries and managed to deliver my order despite the recent weather challenges in the area. I ordered between Christmas and New Year, so a slight delay was expected. They seem like a solid, established company.
