Ordered online a 19inch 4-Post 27U 23.6" Depth Open Frame Rack on 9/15/2025 from RPM Hardware- Order 49249. Order status stated Ready to Ship. On 9/15/2025 our credit card was charged by TOOLOTS INC for our order. On 10/06/2025 we called to inquire about tracking for our order. We were informed that it was in the warehouse and had not been shipped. We asked for expedited shipping and a tracking number and were assured that it would be sent out directly. After no response, we called again on 10/13/2025 and the representative was unable to locate the information on our item or shipping. We cancelled the order and asked for a full refund which we are still waiting for.
My Order was placed with a company called RPM hardware. I received an email stating that the order was placed but had to call a few days later since I never received an email stating that the order had been filled. However after my call the order was filled and shipped. On the bright side I really like the lights, they are bright and fit perfectly. I removed the plastic lens cover and used my original glass lens and it works perfect. Couldn’t be happier about the price and the lights. Just a bit confusing considering the multiple company names. I would have given 5 stars without the confusion.
