Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs! I was in a rush to shrink a PDF and was charged 10p, which I was fine with. Without my permission, they set up a username and password for me and initiated a subscription at £49.90 PER MONTH. Today, I was charged £49.90, which I’ve reported to the bank and will pursue. They advised me to contact the company as they can’t intervene while the payment is pending. I emailed them but received no response. I will dispute the payment once completed, but PLEASE, stay away from these scammers!

Major scammers

Major scammers. They claim you subscribed to a service when purchasing a logo from them. A £30 subscription, and I have had my bank block this company from withdrawing funds, yet every few months they keep trying. This site should be shut down, and the owners held accountable for their morally disgusting and dishonest practices. Stay far away from this site and never purchase a logo.

Whatever you do, they charge money

I initially paid for £0.10, but they charged me £49.90 for ‘subscription’? I haven’t seen any of it saying this when I’ve paid £0.10, and it’s very frustrating. And when I cancel this ‘subscription’, they then charged me £0.80 to ‘ sending bill statement by the seller's payment processor as a tool.’ (that’s what they say on my email.) They’re clearly a scam.

DO NOT USE! This is a scam. Wish i’d googled before I used. Desperately needed a document changed to a pdf, this company came up first.. said it would be 10p. Perfect, UNTIL £49.90 came out of my account 2 days later! They have been reported for scamming to the bank. Their customer service seems fake also. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

It’s a scam I paid $.10 to convert my brothers obituary into a PDF file and they took it upon themselves to fraudulently charge my checking account $49. You try to contact their customer service number and a pre-recorded message is a lady who says hello and then it goes into an automated message about leaving your details and they’ll get back to you.
