After renting a car from this company, I experienced a tire puncture from hitting a pothole. Although the tire was not fully flat, I reported the issue, and they suggested I install the temporary spare. The repair shop was close by, and I drove there carefully. When I informed the company, they only inquired if I had driven on the punctured tire and blamed me for the damage. Instead of assisting me, they focused on costs. I found myself stranded in a small village without help and received a message stating it was past working hours. The next morning, they asked for my location to find a service, but by then, I had to continue driving on the spare. Ultimately, I was charged for the tire, thanks to a representative who showed genuine concern. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional, and I would advise caution when choosing this company.
I had a superb overall experience! I rented a nearly new, clean car that was easy to drive and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. They helped with all my questions! Initially, I rented the car for two days but extended it easily for a couple more days. Their prices and deposit are very reasonable, making them the best option in the area! I look forward to being a loyal customer!
