The fit is fantastic and the quality is impressive for the price. Communication is always good, with tracking details provided. I haven't had to use their returns policy as I’ve never been dissatisfied with anything. I’ve ordered bike parts, tools, and clothing over the years, and everything is still in great condition. Even though I make my purchases during sales, the items I’ve ordered are all top-notch. The orders are processed quickly and all inquiries are handled promptly and politely. I purchased a pair of waterproof overshoes, which were a good price. However, I ordered a large size for my size 44 shoes, and they were very small and impossible to wear. The customer is responsible for return shipping. There’s no option to exchange for a larger size; instead, a credit is issued and you must reorder, which incurs additional postage. The sizing chart isn't accurate for these overshoes, so order at least two sizes larger than usual. Be sure to review the returns policy before making a purchase.
I placed an order for bib tights on the 8th of November, but received no updates and had to follow up. I was informed there was a port issue. There was no mention of unavailability when I ordered, and I was told there would be a week's delay. As of November 25th, the order still hasn't been dispatched. The communication and service have been shockingly poor. I recommend avoiding this company.
