Very poor technical support.
First, they allowed me to post an ad looking for employees, and then I purchased a paid subscription from them.
After that, they blocked my ad, supposedly to verify my company. Initially, they asked me for my corporate email address, and I sent it to them. Then they asked me for my company's website and said that after that they would publish my ad. I sent them my website, and what do you think? They asked me for new information again. Technical support lies and takes a long time to respond. They can't tell you right away what information they need to publish your ad, they will ask you for more and more information and lie that they will publish your ad. They won't ask you for this information when you fill out the ad, they will take your money first.

This is my first time that I apply for a selection process managed by AI, and I have to say that it has been a good experience and I liked it a lot, Emma Torre (the AI) was very kind and led you very efficiently on this process guiding you on everything that had to be done.
No Abuse ReportingThe reason I even came to give a review for Torre.ai is the lack of easily accessible abuse reporting as I was just offered a fake job from a fake recruiter which any normal person might have got caught because they way the DNS was registered. The fact that all the help runs through the Emma chatbot and if you ask about abuse reporting it goes "ooops I need a human" instead of something simple like a form where you can add documents to makes teh safety of the platform suspect for job seekers.
