Be careful with this ''recipe'' app...they lure you with one month deal but then they start charging you full pay from next month .
It looks like you only pay for one month but they put you in a rolling over subscription. Misleading as one month should be ONE MONTH ONLY.
Poor App- I would even pay a penny. There are plenty free apps on the market - stay away from these conners.

You literally have to Google it and even then it says you have to email to customer support before your next payment is due. However, they may intentionally ignore your email and charge your account anyway. This is horrific, so buyers beware! I am very dissatisfied!

This has been one of the most dishonest sign-up processes I've ever faced.
I enrolled in a 7-day plan for $10.49, presented with bold pricing and urgency timers. However, there was no clear indication that this was an ongoing subscription.
The only mention of recurring charges is hidden in tiny, light grey fine print at the bottom of the page. It’s not in the plan selection or at checkout, making it intentionally obscure.
Sure enough, another $47 was silently debited from my account.
This lacks transparency.
This is poor user experience.
This is predatory design.
It’s a classic bait-and-switch: • Lure you with a low-cost trial
• Conceal the actual price
• Count on customers overlooking the fine print
• Charge them regardless
If your business model depends on deceiving customers instead of earning their trust, that says a lot.
I feel misled, exploited, and genuinely frustrated.
I will be disputing this charge and will never engage with or recommend this service.
Stay away.

Charged After Unsubscribing - A Frustrating Experience

Despite unsubscribing through the platform, I was charged months later. The app was not useful for me, so I canceled right away. I am still disputing the charge of USD 46 for something I didn't purchase, and they have not reimbursed me yet. I strongly advise against using this service. In response to your suggestion about what to do: I did what you advised. I also reached out to the email you provided, but they informed me that I should have canceled directly with the service and not through the platform. No reimbursement was offered.

Unexpected Charges After One-Month Subscription

I signed up for a one-month subscription, which was all I needed. However, they charged me again through PayPal a month later for four times the amount without my consent and denied my refund request when I reached out immediately. Additionally, I was bombarded with upsell offers after agreeing to the initial subscription.

Just started the program and I'm optimistic!

I just signed up for the program today and haven't had the opportunity to evaluate its effectiveness for weight loss yet. If you check back with me in four weeks, I can provide a clearer assessment. I'm puzzled by the negative feedback from previous users. So far, I've printed all the guides I downloaded because I like having them readily available. I was also able to customize my meal selections and printed out my grocery list for the week based on those choices. Everything is going well up to this point. Fingers crossed for success! 😊

Poor experience with billing

Very disappointing experience—charged the same as others despite not liking the app. I canceled months ago, yet received a bill for $81 today while being told my subscription was canceled. Requested a refund but only got the terms and conditions in response. Feels like a scam.
