TMS were brilliant. As an over-thinker, worrier and generally anxious person, I was dreading the move. James talked me through the whole process before I even decided which firm to go with (I got quotes from 4) and that sealed the deal for me. They were also the first to respond.Scott was my contact day to day - on hand via email and phone whenever I had a query. He never complained when I double-checked things either!The removal firm were efficient and friendly - both the collection and delivery were on time and swiftly done. They checked in about arrival times and parking arrangements and everything went like clockwork. Thank you to Scott and all involved
This was by far the best international move I have ever had. Matt and his team were superb and very attentive and responsive. The packers were great. All my goods arrived quickly and intact. The whole experience was great. I cannot recommend them more highly.

we have used TMS previously therefore when our daughter decided to move to Spain from London I made contact with Christian at TMS whom was incredibly helpful and was always calm and helped us all feel calm !the pick up was on time and very efficient and the delivery to Nerja in southern Spain took place yesterday with efficiency and speed......we would recommend TMS and especially Christian to anyone thinking of moving.....many thanks to all at TMS
Excellent service from Solihull to Michigan. James kept me fully informed with frequent updates over the 3 months the shipment took to arrive. Can't prise the communication enough. The packing team were great too, everything well packed. One large TV did take a hit during shipping, but TMS sorted that via insurance extremely quickly and hassle free. I wouldn't hesitate to use TMS again if I ever need to relocate again!
We used TMS for an international move from Germany to the UK after our original plans fell through. Both Matt and James were extremely helpful and managed to get a move booked within a couple of hours for the next week, which is excellent considering it was an international move. The quote was very reasonable and the quality of the movers was very high. All our possessions were dealt with with utmost care. Matt and James were very helpful with providing information and guiding us through the process and very flexible. We would recommend them.
