I was in contact with many moving companies before closing this one in last minute; They have a good price, quick to reply, very informative, didn’t promise anything that they could not do, they made the move easy for me. They where very flexible in when they could come collect and exactly how many boxes that where included in the quote. It took a few weeks to have the items delivered, but I was very clear to them when I needed the delivery the latest, and they manage to deliver before this date! I also changed final destination in last second, and they where so friendly and flexible and did so without any problem! I felt like I could trust them even though I decided not to sing up for any insurance, but this was my own choice since each items I was moving had no huge value.
TMS and James at the helm provided continuous and immediate responses to my move from France to Australia. Unfortunately, it was post covid times and took a long time to arrive, but James was in top of the waiting game and kept me informed. Like others, I had to change my date several times and he accommodated every change. So, 7 months later my small shipment arrived at my door, which I summarised as good value for money. A few unique items were damaged and so I would recommend hovering over the packers to ensure such items are "doubly" packed. I would definitely use TMS again.
I'll definitely recommend to anyone moving overseas from the UK! I'd researched a lot, had few quotes. TMS had best rates, flexible dates and good offers. Very very helpful, flexible with the collection dates and easy to contact. Affordable and very professional. Friendly guys packed it all up, loaded and done! @James was exceptional.. very helpful. Kept me in the loop throughout the journey of our luggage.. from our home in UK to the local port, collection, loading, destination port arrival, custom clearance. Contacted the Australian agent in advance to ensure they take over without any problems and continue the good work. Got regular calls to update and arrange delivery.... got our stuff delivery in good condition and guys were very friendly and helpful. couldn't have asked for anything more.. very impressed!!!Thanks a lot James!! We would recommend Total Moving solutions if you are moving abroad! Matthew was really helpful, he guided us at each step of the process, replied to phone calls/emails efficiently. Although our shipment took slightly longer than expected, but Matthew was very helpful and stayed in touch during the whole process. He explained everything and then sent it all over in a email so we knew what the process was. Thank you for all your help during our move! Much appreciated.
