This company provided an excellent service. Their communication was top notch, I was kept informed and updated at every stage by Scott Eaglesfield and James Mallet. They took away all the stress and gave me peace of mind. The whole move from UK to France went without a hitch. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They cared and provided an excellent service.
James helped us move from Southampton to Perth. We had a few months of delays due to shipping backlogs, but James was supportive and responsive the whole time. He took the time to answer all my questions and look into the delays for us. I would highly recommend using James and TMS.
Good experience with TMS. Methodical and took time to understand my needs. Regular contact throughout, which calmed any concerns I may have had. This was for a part load across an international border, and the teams in Switzerland and the UK did well. No hiccups at customs. When my needs changed after pick-up, and I no longer needed the items to be stored, they even refunded me the storage handling fee, which went beyond my expectations.The only slight awkward moment was when the driver turned up on his own to pick up the items. He was very careful, wrapped everything up methodically, and did a lot of the work himself. However, he could not have carried out the sofa bed on his own. Had I been unable to help, pick-up would have been delayed by a day. TMS admitted this was suboptimal, and didn't hesitate to offer a small refund. Otherwise, very smooth, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with TMS again.
James, Matt and the TMS team set a very high standard in all respects with our recent and successful move from the UK to the Caribbean. This included not only household items but also a beloved sports car, boat and artwork. Friendly, easily contactable and good value, one could not ask for better service.
TMS were excellent from start to finish. From the first enquiry, Matt was very efficient and always responded quickly to any questions. Pick-up in Vienna and delivery in UK went very smoothly on both sides. I will definitely call on them again for the next removal.
