TOV service is A+++ they deserve more than 5 stars. I received my order and the mirror was cracked they immediately shipped me a knew one!! Comes with neat packaging and an adorable slogan! They are never boring:) I have their magnificent butterfly mirror which is in my daughters room and I am constantly getting compliments and people asking where I got it! Will definitely make another TOV purchase I highly recommend their products!
I recently bought a dining set from TOV. I got their beatrix chairs and adeline table and could not have been happier!! The whole experience was seamless and the quality of the furniture is a steal for the cost. The table and chairs compliment each other so well, everyone who walks in comments on it. The chairs came with no damages and were super simple to put together- I couldn't have asked for a better set!
I absolutely LOVE TOV. I got a beautiful buffet, couches, and a coffee table over 3 years ago. The furniture held up so well that I went back to purchase my entire dining room set and bedroom set from them. Everything was easy to assemble, and the customer service representative was extremely helpful with all my needs to ensure a smooth delivery. Definitely my go-to shop for furniture and home decor.
For the 10 years I'm living in the US I've never experienced such a worst fraudulent service. TOV Furniture arranged a delivery date without notifying me. I only got a message that they were sorry they missed me and I need to reschedule.On the same day, I've got an email from TOV Furniture about a request to pay money for the second delivery. They charged a full delivery fee for the first attempt when they chose a delivery date randomly arranged between themselves, and they are asking to pay the same amount again for re-delivery.There is much more to add about how they lied and eventually they are attempting to charge me hold fees. This all brought me to an entire level of filing a small claim.This company will charge you for nothing and lie to you about details that even contradict their policy and they still attempt to charge. Noneducated, and not professional!
