I bought two things from TOV so far - a super cool long fringe lamp, and a concrete side table, both in black.I am very happy with the products, the communication and the customer service. The designs I bought were postmodern and very current, more so than I could find elsewhere. The prices are very reasonable, and I think great quality for the price point. I am not looking for heirloom furniture here. I think TOV does a great job at what they do.
They sent me a broken dresser. Unless you send in the damage the day of, they don’t care about your broken item. I sent in pictures the 3rd day instead of the first day, so now they won’t do anything about the broken dresser they sent me. $1000+ dresser . never ordering from them again.
I recently purchased the Leah dining table and it's really a gorgeous piece of furniture. The delivery went well, drivers were helpful beyond their job description, and it was well worth the price.My only complaint - and this is a hard one to nail down, because it's unorthodox and almost impossible to determine where in the supply chain this would've happened - is that the packaging released a whole tribe of spiders into the house after being opened. Like, 10+ spiders, all of the same species. I really do wish I were kidding because what an unholy nightmare, but it has sort of been like living in Aragog's cave for the last two weeks and Hagrid is nowhere in sight.Again, I know this sounds ridiculous, but check your furniture packaging before bringing it inside. The product itself exceeds expectation, but I may have to sell the house I bought it for.
