Bought lvt flooring from this company as it was guaranteed for 10 years, listed as hard wearing, etc.Two days after installation a dining chair accidentally was dropped when replacing it under the table and dented and cracked this flooring along the join.I had installed this flooring perfectly and was fobbed off by this company by assuming I was in the wrong by incorrectly installing it.Be warned, the guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on. They were not even bothered about investigating this incident, totally fobbed off. People should know this before parting with their money to a company that has a zero after care customer service.

I loved being able to plug in my square footage for my home and I was told how many boxes I needed. Of course, I went ahead and bought one extra box so I had it on hand for that water leak or something else that will happen in the future.Another perk......it arrived in two days.
