We placed an order on Dec 2. They kept delaying the shipping and processing until EVERY item we ordered comes in. Because their website claims 2-3 weeks it’s “once shipped” and after “every item comes in”. So they delayed shipping until 1 item on “back order” came in.
My daughter's birthday was around the corner and I had delivered this exact bed from a different website (wayfair) which was more expensive. Wayfair canceled my order TWICE. So I was desperately looking for the same bed , I have never ordered from this website so I was worried. After speaking with a representative/ looking @ their Instagram/ & looking at reviews, I was convinced. The representative answered all the questions I had & put my mind at ease! Thank you !
Hello,I have bought several pieces of Tov Furniture. I love the furniture because it is well made , beautiful, great colors and a terrific price point. Recently, I purchased chairs and I wasn’t happy with the velvet fabric. I reached out and was in contact with their “ AFTERCARE TEAM.” I spoke with Dean several times and once or twice with Mariella and I was incredibly impressed. They were extremely well trained customer service representatives. Dean was very responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. It was clear that they had protocol to follow but at the same time it was clear that they wanted the customer to be happy with the purchase. After following the Tov protocols we reached a great resolution to the problem. Thank you so. much to Dean and to Chloe Henry.
Had a great experience with customer service agent Lauryn. I needed to make some changes to my order and she helped me through out the process. She was very kind and kept me updated. Also, the items I've received are all great quality. Would definitely shop again!
