This company really promised us that they will give me a lot of clients but they did not and they charged a high price. They also promised money back if the website didn’t work and I haven’t got a lot of clients and I have paid 400$ each month. When I told them about I’m not receiving clients they did not give me my money back , they are very good to convince their clients to pay saying that they will give you a disability in google page whatever they have is not true. Lastly I do not recommend this company and please do not let them fool you.
I probably should have come here first and read the reviews before I gave these people $1,500. These people claim they could make a difference for my business. They haven't got me one freaking phone call!! Not one!! How these people remain in businesses beyond me... stealing people's money I guess! And then they sit there on the other end of the phone justifying why I should pay them $500 a month! They said I would come up first on Google in a month! Then they said it would take a couple of months! Then they said it would take 3 months or better! And then the last time I talked to them after I paid for the third month they said it would take up to six months! worthless!
Worse experience with marketing company: ZERO communication but very punctual payment withdrawal.Nothing but lies: nothing they build for you is yours, nothing belongs to you. They sent me a zip folder with files so I can build my own website and refuse to transfer my website to my hosting platform. They also tried to sell me on a yearly fee for hosting my website, and tried to sell me my own website for $149.00 a month.They throw the ball at each other, no one knows what you are talking about.AVOID them at all costMy mistake for not looking at their reviews before I signed with them.
I would strongly advise not doing business with Town Square. Full disclosure I was with them for several years. The quality of their work was sub-par at best, but I take full accountability for letting this relationship drag out as long as I did. That being said, the deciding factor for me going with them in the first place was they assured me if I ever stopped services with them I would still own all of my content. Well tens of thousand of dollars later I have decided to end their services and they are keeping all of my content and will not allow me to transfer it back! Great way to show appreciation for all that money I paid them...
Town square make it seem like they do big things for people when you just starting a business I talked to multiple different people at this location and I let them know that I already had domain website basically I had everything already done prior to another company doing everything for me and I talked to someone by the name of Chris that I talk to I let him know that I had my own everything and he was saying something about my Google been look right and distant this and that so I said what can you do to make the Google page look better and he assured me how everything was going to look but it wasn't it was even worse so with that being said this company charged me $299 for something I already had done I just needed someone to host my business that all I didn't know that this company didn't work with the company who I was already have all my business through that business closed down so I needed to find someone else soon as possible for my glorias kitchen and I was not aware of the company redoing everything over and charging me for stuff that I already had people please do your research before you get screwed like I did because this company show stuck it to me and my bank wouldn't even disputed $300 gone to waste when I already had everything up and running all I needed was someone to host my business I didn't need another website I didn't need another domain I didn't need another menu I didn't need a lot of things because I already had everything done and this company we did everything and charged me $299 when I didn't need whatever the hell they did so I got played out of this company and my bank so please don't do like I have done because I'm a first time restaurant owner and I was looking for help and this company took advantage of me really bad because I didn't know what I was doing and I didn't know where to start but I told them I had my own everything the company just went out of business and they told me they don't work what other companies when July 2025 and then they had to nerve to try to take out another payment of $299 I'm glad I closed out the account completely cuz I was screw over by them and our screw over by my bank
DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!I’m a small business owner in Florida, I gave this company a chance and strongly regret it! Onboarding was great and seemed promising…They will provide a mediocre website and charge you hundreds of dollars monthly to „optimize your visibility“ on google. They could not even get my company name right and did not fix it for months. When contacting them to get it straightened out and a new website build with the right name and domain, they cancelled my service without notifying me. I happen to notice that the website was removed after a few weeks. Total rip off, incompetent marketing and management team, overpriced for minimum effort marketing that in 8 months did not provide any benefits, leads or productivity for my business.Save your money!!
