The shipping price was shocking after I had gone through the design and material choices. While the process was simple and effective, the lack of transparency until the very end was a bit of a letdown.
Initially, my order was delayed by weeks. Then, shipping was upgraded at my expense without my consent. Ultimately, the cards never showed up. To make matters worse, there was no customer service phone line to resolve these issues. Thankfully, my credit card provided protection :)
I ordered business cards for an event with expedited shipping to ensure they arrived on time, but they were late. When I contacted customer service, I was told they were still being produced. Ultimately, they arrived two weeks later than promised, and I will not use this service again.
The font size was excessively small, and the background print was too dark, making it nearly impossible to read. I was assured that someone would reach out if there was a design issue, but that did not happen. Additionally, while designing on the platform, my program crashed. I'm very unhappy and will not consider this service again unless I find their solution satisfactory.
Upon receiving my order, the print quality was shockingly poor, as if an ink cartridge had run out. I ordered early in December to ensure my holiday cards arrived on time, but I was incredibly disappointed. It took four days for someone to respond to my complaint. They are reprinting the order, but I won’t receive it quickly. Their poor quality control led to this issue, and I’m frustrated that my cards won’t go out until after the holiday season. I will not use this service again.
After using this service for my Christmas cards annually since 2007, this year's experience was so disappointing that I canceled my order and deleted my account. They provided inconsistent guidelines, and their customer service was unhelpful. I felt misled and concerned about being scammed due to their lack of communication. I will never use them again.
