Wish I could give 0 stars. The worst pension company . Ive been trying to transfer my pension since sept 25. Multiple barriers to this including erroneous paperwork under the guise of legal obligation. However, I transfered 2 other pensions quickly without and paperwork requirement. Funds requested 5th December still waiting over 2 months later.
Steer clear of this service! It's extremely difficult to communicate with them, and they show no regard for your funds or needs. After waiting for a whole year to withdraw a lump sum, they continue to delay and provide endless excuses. Their actions are questionable, as they are withholding access to your pension investment.
I reached out to the service to inquire about a pension I contributed to over two decades ago. The representative who took my call was incredibly helpful and attentive. Additionally, I received an updated summary of my pension from the team just days after my call, all in time for the holidays! Thank you!

The representative was courteous, respectful, and very understanding. They addressed all my queries and assisted me with accessing the platform and logging in. They provided my balance and organized for the necessary options and forms to be sent out. In my view, they couldn't have done anything more or better.
I had a delightful interaction when I called for an update on my payment. The representative was incredibly upbeat and positive, putting me on hold briefly to check the details. When she returned, she informed me that I would be receiving my payment this Friday, which was sooner than I expected. I mentioned how this would make for a wonderful holiday season, and she wished me a joyful Christmas and New Year. It was truly the best phone call I've had in a long time; we definitely need more uplifting individuals like her.
