Absolute waste of space. Connected okay to phone, but if you leave van/car, it just says no info available on find my app. Battery low after less than 1 month. Spotted exactly the same thing on eBay for £10. Ignore fake reviews on their website, it’s completely useless.
Their products are from China. My tracker doesn’t work at all — it only shows the location from two days ago. It’s completely useless.
When I asked to return the item, they told me I had to send it back to China. They offered a 30% refund if I kept it, but the product itself is cheap and the return postage would cost me more than the item.
I paid £27 for the product, and returning it would cost even more, which makes no sense. The tracker doesn’t work properly and is not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend buying it. . My car has been about 50 km away, but the app still shows it parked outside my house. It has been showing the exact same location for days even though the car has been moving around. The tracking/location feature is clearly unreliable, which defeats the whole purpose. Very disappointing.
If i could give this zero stars I would they advertise as gps but its not the tracker has to be near your phone on order to connect as soon as its out of range of your phone it dont work all the reviews on here are clearly fake waste of money !

Customer support helped me to explain how the product works and guided through the purchase and to be frank it was really simple. Product arrived in a week and I set up my tracker in less than a few minutes. I can see the location of my car whenever I am out of the city.
