All bars were better than expected, but unexpectedly the face cleanser is better than any other cleanser I've ever used. It leaves my skin soft without that well known tightness. Highly recommend.
Misleading experience. I ordered a bottle of shampoo for $39, but never received it. Instead, I got a small (3-ounce) bottle of a different shampoo that claims to address "odorous troubles." What!?! I don't have any "odorous troubles," which is not the reason I ordered the original shampoo. If I wanted that small bottle of the other shampoo, I could have easily found it online for just a few dollars. Misleading practice. Complete scam. Naturally, the company has not responded to my emails.
I've made two purchases recently—the Gentle Sensitive Skin Bundle and the Starter Pack—and was genuinely impressed each time. The delivery was smooth, the products smelled wonderful, and everything was well-packaged. The shampoo and conditioner bars work effectively, leaving my hair soft, clean, and manageable. While the bars are a bit smaller than I expected, they still provide good value and are eco-friendlier than standard bottles. Overall, a solid 4-star experience with excellent results, and I look forward to using them further.
I tried the sample pack to explore a few options since I was unsure which one suited me. So far, the regular hair product has impressed me greatly. It lathers beautifully and leaves my hair feeling clean. It took a few washes for my hair to adjust, but now I can't imagine going back! The conditioner bar feels different at first, but once rinsed, my hair is soft, indicating it works well.

Arrived quickly as promised. The face bar smells pleasant, feels light and clean, and doesn't dry out my skin. The shampoo and conditioner perform well with a nice scent that doesn’t linger. They maintain their shape after getting wet and don’t dissolve if left in water. A fantastic experience overall.
