Trust pilot - Include an option for zero stars!!!!
This is the second time in 4 years I have received this scam e-mail.
It is very convincing and I very nearly paid the first time. However, I remembered reading somewhere that these microchips do not expire and then did some more research and found out it was indeed a scam.
Like others that are now posting on this review site I'm very concerned as to where they got my details.
I have reported the scam to 'National Cyber Security Centre' and would encourage others to do the same please.
I received a very convincing email in regards to one of my pets. It was in my spam folder so I figured it was garbage. I did verify with my pets actual chip company that they had nothing to do with the matter. It is very concerning though that they had so much of my personal information & my pets information.

Scam. I had an email saying the microchip was expiring which I found odd as I've not received a message like this before. Incredibly convincing as all my details were correct so they've clearly intercepted somehow. I researched and found out this is a scam. Luckily I made no payment but please be aware and don't fall for it. Do not pay.
Scam beware I received a email telling me my horse's microchip needed updating, which i thought strange as ive never had to do this before so should of acted on that red flag.I read through the details and all my personal details were there so thought it must be real, and stupidly paid the 18.99.I mentioned it to my husband this morning and he was like what the hell, check trust pilot, which I did to my horror.Im so embarrassed for being so naive, anyway I got on to pay pal and ive reported it to them so hopefully will get my money back.
They're a scam company, stealing data and then charging money claiming that your pet registration has expired. I have 3 pets chipped and registered at the same time, yet apparently only one is expiring, and the details it gave me of my own address etc were incorrect, yet I know the actual Pet Database has them down correctly. If you get an email from them, ignore it.
SCAM SCAM SCAM! Somehow this company has stolen my personal information from my microchip provider and then sent me scam phishing emails saying I owed them money to keep my details up to date. Don't trust. Report the email if you receive it to phishing gov email address.
Emailed me at my work address ( an address that didn’t exist 10 years ago) to demand payment for my beloved cat that had died 10 years earlier. I was furious 😡 I responded with a sharp response that told them that I had reported them to the authorities & they were a bunch of scammers, finally telling them to “piss off” . Not my normal routine but I had another kitty die on me just a couple of days before so I wasn’t going to take prisoners. I work for a cat sanctuary & all our cats are chipped for life . These people are criminal!
This is a scam which I stupidly fell for having a stroke and caring for my spaniel had reminder emailed me so just payed it payed by paypal so have put complaint in will be contacting bank and police absolutely disgusting company should of checked trustpilot first
