If I could give 4.5 stars I would, and I’m happy to round it up to 5. I was really stressed about getting my business name sorted and dealing with the government. TradingAs made it straightforward and explained what they needed. Their website was easy to follow, and when I had a few questions, support replied quickly. The fee is higher than going direct to the government, but I felt it was fair given the time and hassle it saved me. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d definitely use them again next time I need to register a business name.

Seriously dodgy company. Not only do they charge hundreds of dollars to do nothing more than you can do on the asic website just as easily, having accidentally used them once they then illegally charged my credit card (which they stored on file) 3 months before the renewal date was due with no warning or opportunity to decline or cancel
