THE ULTIMATE SCAMMERS .. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I PAID THIS SERVICE NEARLY £6K FOR AN 11-MONTH RENTAL ON A SMALL VAN. THROUGHOUT THE AGREEMENT, THEY WOULD HOUND ME FOR PAYMENTS I HAD ALREADY MADE AND FORCE ME TO PROVE IT! I SPOKE WITH A MANAGER WHO THREATENED TO REPOSSESS THE VEHICLE BECAUSE I QUESTIONED THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. I WAS INVOLVED IN A NON-FAULT ACCIDENT WHERE MY INSURANCE COMPANY DELAYED AND I NO LONGER NEEDED THE VAN FOR 4 MONTHS, BUT STILL HAD TO PAY £500 PER MONTH PLUS INSURANCE. WHEN I RETURNED IT, I WAS CHARGED £850 FOR A SMALL DING.. EVEN AFTER THIS, THEY NOW CLAIM I OWE THEM A WEEK’S PAYMENT, DESPITE SPEAKING TO MULTIPLE STAFF BEFORE RETURNING IT, AS THEY MADE ME WAIT OVER A WEEK TO COLLECT IT AND I TOLD THEM I WOULDN'T PAY FOR A VAN I WASN'T USING DURING THAT TIME, AND THEY AGREED. TOOK THE £850 AND NOW THEY'RE HARASSING ME AND GOING BACK ON THEIR WORD. I WILL TAKE TO SOCIAL MEDIA WHERE I HAVE A LARGE FOLLOWING AND WARN EVERYONE TO STEER CLEAR OF THESE THIEVES. THE WORST HIRE SERVICE TO DEAL WITH; DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE CHARLATANS. AVOID AVOID AVOID ESPECIALLY THE REPRESENTATIVE INVOLVED!
Had a van from the service. My account manager was very responsive. Upon delivery, I noticed the front tyres needed replacing. My account manager contacted me immediately, and within 24 hours, I received authorization for new tyres at no cost. The delivery person was fantastic – very friendly and explained everything about the van. I would have given 5 stars but for a couple of representatives who were rude and unhelpful. They did not respond to my emails.
