Receiving an incorrect item can be quite disappointing. I appreciate your understanding and patience. After reviewing our earlier discussions, I see that you requested a full refund. Unfortunately, we can only provide a maximum refund of 20%, which can be processed right away. This option is meant to be more convenient than returning the item, as that would incur extra costs, time, and potential delays with international shipping and customs. We await your decision and hope this resolution suits you. Thank you for your message. We regret that your experience has not been satisfactory. We understand how upsetting this situation is and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. After consulting with our management, we can present two options: If you wish to return the item, please send it back in its current state and original packaging. Surprisingly effective!

I was initially skeptical about this product, but wow! I put on the Fit Body Shape and immediately felt my waist smaller—like 2-3 sizes down for real. It’s also super comfy; no marks on my clothes after wearing it all day. I went to brunch with friends, and no one even noticed!

I was a bit worried that the item would look cheap compared to the ads, but it’s actually incredibly soft and realistic. My daughter is absolutely in love with it. Completely dissatisfied with my order

If there were no stars, I would give none. I ordered a toy that I wasn’t expecting much from, but I was utterly disgusted by what I received. It’s a toy that I could have bought years ago. It won’t even stand up; it moves and then falls over. A complete scam. I requested a refund, sending photos and a video, and I was willing to pay to send it back, but instead, I was offered a 50% discount on my next order! Really? As if I would ever buy from them again—once bitten, twice shy. £20 lost, and I feel like a fool.
