Alex is the man!!! Was unsure about booking with travel with aspect as I came across them serching into a specific home I wanted to rent in Miami . Immediately I was hesitant and difficult to deal with as I was trying to build trust and feel out the situation due to this being my first time booking off air b n b and Vrbo . It was the best decision I could have made! Not only did I save money , I made a new friend who will now be my go to for all my future vacations. But let me put it this way Alex went over and above with me to make me and my family feel comfortable, secure , and most of all give us a great experience in the home we desired! Alex was there every step of the way with excellent communication from the budget , booking , check in , and even my deposit refund ! I am a person who judges off energy and character and this guy alex is a real one I even made him get on FaceTime with me 😂 to make sure it was him 😅 thank you for maken me eat any doubt I had Alex travel companys need more people like you! Save your self some time and piece of mind and ask to book with Alex! 10/10 in trust , 10/10 in communication, and 10/10 in price thank you for everything Alex keep being you Man U are great at what you do! Trenton was outstanding!!! The home was fabulous and Trenton helped in every way with all my party needs! He even put me in contact with a fabulous Chef who came and cooked for us! Chef Paul Morello! The food was amazing!!! I will definitely use Trenton for all my future rentals!!
Working with Trenton was awesome. We had a last minute cancellation for our group and he came in to help and went above and beyond to find us what we were looking for after searching multiple properties. In a very short time frame and late night working. He also checked in with us a few times during our stay to see how things were going. Definitely recommend.
