When I misplaced a vital part of my mom's charger, which she depends on daily for her back, I was quite distressed. After identifying the part number, I found that the company had it in stock, so I quickly ordered two (just in case we needed a spare). They shipped it swiftly, even during the holiday season. After placing the order, we learned from my mom's provider that they couldn't source the part either, as their supplier was on backorder. Thank goodness the company had it in stock!

Great company with excellent products. However, it might be helpful to inform your sales team or customer service that the special pricing they offered me was higher than what was listed online. That's the only issue; it's not a major concern.
