The quality of both the belt and the buckle, the ease of adjusting the initial size. The belts are fantastic and I think they will last a long time.. the only thing that could make it better is if they gave me a flat stomach (LOL)
I really liked the idea of Bella belts, but I was very concerned about ordering one because I wasn’t sure if it was a scam. I was made more confident by the number of trust pilot reviews on this site and so decided to go ahead and place my order. It did take a long time for my belts to arrive so again I was concerned that I had been scammed, but I did receive proactive communication to let me know that the order would take longer to arrive than usual and when I contacted them, they were quick to respond with a shipping tracking link that worked (it wasn’t working in the Shop app). I really like the belts. They’re great quality and it’s worth reading the instructions and going on YouTube because my husband had suggested that you have to cut the belt but I was a bit nervous because of course once they’re cut that’s it!! But you do have to cut it down to size. They’re very smart. I ordered the three belt box set and it came beautifully packaged. The one thing I would have really liked them to add is some sort of little metal tool that allows you to easily get the buckle off the ‘jaws’ to change the buckle. It’s very hard and easy to break a nail! So I now keep a tiny screwdriver to leverage the metal part up near my belts. Overall, I would highly recommend buying these belts.
Got a 3 belt/2 buckle combo, seems like great quality (worn 4 times with no issues so far), very quick to arrive, colours and sizing as they appear and very easy to set up and cut the belts to size. Already recommended to friend IRL as well.
Love the ability to have a 'night' and 'day' buckle and the ability to choose silver over gold as it suits my skin tone better.
The product is good, no complaints there. The belts are comfortable and well made.
I do however take issue with two things:
Firstly, this company has an overly aggressive marketing strategy of always promoting a sale that's 'ending soon'; 'only happens once a year'; 'last chance to grab one' etc. I think it's disingenuous but maybe that's just me.
Secondly, they promote that they have a 100-day return policy. While technically this is true, you cannot return a belt if it has been cut and since you have to cut the belt to size to be able to wear it, this isn't really an effective returns policy. Realistically this only works in the scenario of not liking the look of the product upon arrival as you can't even test it's functionality without cutting it and therefore voiding the return policy.
Honestly, these belts are incredibly well made!!! I was hesitant to buy them but I’m so glad I did. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a belt because they truly are long enough for everyone. I’m glad I got the set. I’m going to check if they have skinny belts too!
I bought the 3 pack and love these so much! I love how adjustable these belts are. The notches have less space in between than a normal belt so I can actually feel comfortable at any time during that day. Adjusting the length and adding the belt buckle on was super easy and all the combos look great. I’m definitely getting more of these!
I love my Bella Belts. I had received one as a gift and had questions about the color, so reached out to customer service. They were very prompt in answering my question. Between this great product and the top notch customer service, this is an amazing company. I hope to see true white and navy blue offered and I’ll definitely be adding those to my wardrobe.
This concept is great! My size has ranged from a 6-16. I’ve struggled with my weight since I was 5. I’m 47. I HOPE that I’ll stay the size I am forever, but I love how the stress of buying a belt that fits is completely eliminated with Bella. Not only can you be confident that your belt will fit perfectly, but the quality is on point as well!! Pretty sure this is going to be my “go-to gift” for that person who has everything!
