Purchased Zermatt Suede slippers and within a month the wool came off on the outside, not inside pad. Reached out to Birkenstock and was told that is normal and not under warranty. They were so warm and really like them but a month of use as slippers and they look horrible now. They gave a place we could go to and pay to have them put some wool back onto the slippers. Then we tried to write a review on their website and you can't we were told you have to email them your review and they will post it. They won't post bad reviews that is why they have 5 star reviews, they are a shame and God will expose their darkness with his light.
My birkenstocks cut my feet till they bled. The leather was so hard .
I wrote in to request an exchange. They asked to wear a pair of socks with the birkenstocks and walk.around my home to break them in ?
The quality of these shoes is extremely disappointing. Out of the four pairs purchased four months ago, three have torn significantly and are no longer wearable. The response from the customer support team claimed it was just normal wear and tear. I strongly advise against purchasing this range, as they tear where the strap meets the sole.
I purchased a pair of shoes from this brand. While they look fine, the soles are entirely inflexible, making them extremely uncomfortable. I’m considering giving them away. I find it hard to believe that such a subpar product can be produced. This really damages the company's reputation.
I have always enjoyed Birkenstocks, but the super-birki clogs did not hold up after a year of wear. The entire shoe cracked through the sole. The replaceable insole was ineffective since the clog disintegrated. I won't purchase these again. Customer support informed me that a year's usage is the expected lifespan.
I ordered shoes well in advance for Christmas, but on the 23rd, I discovered they hadn't been shipped. I reached out to customer service, but they were unhelpful. There was no apology or offer of a discount for the delay—just a vague acknowledgment of the issue. I won't be purchasing from this company again, as there are plenty of alternatives available. I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews regarding shipping and service.
Product ordered and delivery paid for As per invoice this was dispatched via Evri on a signature deliveryAs usual Evri didn’t bother to wait to see if anyone was in and left a very expensive item on the door step in full view of passers by, luckily we were in a retrieved the itemI contacted Birkenstock to be told that as they had delivered to the address , that they would not refund the delivery chargeI quoted the Evri signature service process which was to deliver with an open front door , or strangely enough to deliver to a safe place , none of which Evri did, still will not refund the carriage charge I don’t know which is worse , Evri’s service or Birkenstocks arrogance in not accepting any responsibility and admitting that the delivery was not as acceptable and not what i paid for Totally shocking from a big brandIf you are ordering online please beware as this may happen to you and they do not care at all
Ordered shoes in plenty of time to ship for Christmas. I realized on 23rd that they've never shipped. Contact customer service. Useless. No i'm sorry your order was delayed here's a discount or anything. Just a oh yeah we are shocked at the delays too. I'll never buy a product from this company again. Too many options to spend money. Should've read other reviews of bad shipping and poor service.
The products are okay albeit very pricey,but, Birkenstocks customer service where refunds are concerned, is appealing and way below the industry average. 3 weeks after a simple return, im still awaiting my refund. Unacceptable in age of instant transfers. I am now thinking they must have severe cash flow issues and thus need to hang to customer money for as long as they dare. I won't buy again.
