Tree Nation is an initiative to get everyone involved in the tree planting projects around the world. The more trees you plant, it support by "watering" the more your carbon footprint is offset. As someone who can do very little to offset my footprint I was really happy when I found Tree Nation. I've been watering daily for a couple of years now (I think), and often buy friends trees for birthdays and Christmas, because it's more valuable than just a card. So far everyone I've bought for has been impressed. Hopefully they've gone on to use the site, too. The one sad thing I've found, though, is that there are not many British people using the site. I don't know how to improve this situation.

Awesome website, it is a great combination between a platform to plant trees and a social network, it is actually a tree community where you can not only plant trees but you can also share posts and share your experience and what you want to say to other users, you can follow others and you can even offer them trees, it's actually an amazing website, if you guys love protecting nature, planting trees and creating bonds with others, it is THE place to be ☺️. Great goals and so needed in this world. Would love to do it myself, but can’t find the time and land to plant the trees. Nice that you can organise others to do so. Stopping the monthly pay was a little hard (user-profile/ongoing-contributions) but I managed to find it.
