Wrong rug was sent

Wrong rug was sent. Took ages to get our refund and had to chase. When asked if we could be sent the correct rug they said they could not guarantee it! Waste of time. Poor customer service.

Not this rug

The rug I ordered was more like a wall hanging - extremely thin & the colours did not reflect the one advertised. The company responded to my complaint & refunded me, not wanting the product returned - Which went to the bin.

Service and delivery as expected but…

Service and delivery as expected but product was awful, not as expected and as we were decorating, by the time we opened it it was too late to return unfortunately. Product looked worn if the pile went the wrong way.
