Review Time
If you intend to order from this company you have to get prepared for some surprises.Lead time advertised by them is irrelevant as they don't mention that the business is based in Sweden and all stock comes from there.Secondly, the quality is very poor.Shame that I can't upload some images here of the 2 rugs that I have ordered.One looks like it was sat outside for a few years, creased and not thicker than 3 mm(YES, you got that one right).The other rug (Wilton Mat - Lavinia) is thicker but ordered a beige one based on the description and the image on the website. Guess what, the one that turned up is in different shades of dark green even though it also stated "beige" on it's label.I honestly wish I have checked the reviews here before placing the order. I do hope I can get my money back now.
Initially I was hopeful about this company as the dispatch was fast after ordering but since that it’s just gone downhill.Tracking doesn’t update and my rug has been in Denmark for a good 4/5 days doing nothing. Delivery lead time of 5-8 working days, 8th working day is tomorrow so I’m very doubtful it will arrive.Send enquiry online but their response times are unacceptable (4 days)I have raised a claim with PayPal, glad I decided to use them to make the payment as will be easier to get my money back. Really disappointed
I ordered a rug, but then had to cancel the order the following morning. I heard back from them within a couple of days to confirm they had received my request and processed the cancellation, and would receive the refund in 2-3 days. I received the refund today, two days later.
Omg .... by far the most awful experience I have had with a company, and its still on going. I ordered a rug for my Mom on yve 12th of December. It arrived into the uk from Sweden by 18th of December to a distribution centre near Wales. The rug has not moved from that centre to this day currently 19th January. Getting in touch with customer care and waiting days between responses is like pulling teeth. They asked me days ago if I wanted another rug sending out 🙄 or a refund. Obviously I said a refund as I have had a rug from another company delivered in 2 days. I still have had no reply to the question I answered and no refund..... never again !!!! Update now been 2 weeks since they asked if I wanted the refund ..jot a single reply and no refund . I will be seeking legal advice if it doesn't get refunded within the next couple of days .
Do not bother, since I ordered this Item which has a long delivery, I am not happy with, I have sent two emails with my problem. An automatic email come back with a reference, but no one looked after me ever since, I also chased this. The products has very poor packaging, and I was bent in two! A carpet of 120cm long, all fibers in the middle break. Also, they are advertising for 100%wool on item it's 80%. Currently waiting to be able to complain at the ombudsman services.
The rug we ordered was completely the wrong size. We retuned the item and as yet they have still not issued a refund or responded to our emails nearly 2 weeks later so we are forced to claim back theough our credit card company.
