I’m very happy with my purchase from Trendcarpet. This is my second rug from them and definitely not my last! The rugs are excellent quality and the prices are some of the best I’ve found. I ordered a rug that was described as quality and luxury.
It was far from it. Awful, extremely thin with the white backing visible through the fibres.
Also very patchy in places.
I have contacted them with pictures as proof of the quality but with no reply after 4 days.
A present for my mums birthday, this experience put a real downer on it as I expected more as they state.
Would not recommend this company, stay away you might aswell go and buy one from your local market for a fiver.

My gosh ! Super fast delivery even though I'm in England, lots of prompt emails updating me on the delivery , super accurate. The rug arrived packed well, and absolutely stunning, thick and in such prestige condition. Thank you so so much for caring to give an excellent service !

Ordered a rug over a week ago and keep getting the same message with no updates for like 4 days so frustrating !! please do not give false delivery times as it doesnt help the consumer and when I contacted them it said their mailbox is full?! So dissappointing I hope I havent been a fraud victim as worried it wont arrive at all!
Very very happy with this rug. I bought the Wool rug - Novo (beige) for £305.I then had a look at the trust pilot reviews of this company and deeply regretted the purchase because the reviews were so bad. However, it arrived yesterday and I am delighted with the quality. It is exactly as the photo. I wonder, as someone else also mentioned in the reviews, if it’s because I’ve bought a wool rug rather than a synthetic one. Anyway, I have deducted 1 star only because the delivery information was not great, and it arrived exactly 1 week after they said it would. Other than that it has been a great service and excellent value for money.
Incredibly poor quality, requested full refund. - 2 weeks for delivery - Rug arrived fold in half! crushed, and as such, huge permanent creases through the rug. - Rug is not woven (as it claims on website) it is cheaply printed on a white backing and base white shows through - Rug is said to be 10mm thick, its not its about 2-3mm thick, very thin, very plastically and feels incredibly cheap Full refund requested, bought through paypal so will request full refund through Paypal if not forthcoming soon
I waited two weeks for delivery, only to receive the wrong rug. I contacted the company immediately and provided clear photographic evidence of their error. I have received only one response (days later) requesting a photograph of the product label, which I supplied immediately.More than a week has now passed with no further response despite multiple follow-up emails. The company has failed to resolve their mistake or communicate in a reasonable timeframe. This lack of customer service is unacceptable and leaves me with no option but to pursue a chargeback through my bank. Do not buy from this company!
Omg this is by far one of the worst companies I regret buying from I never bothered to check the reviews on trustpilot They never get back to you and my rug still hasn’t arrive all the reviews on here are correct please avoid this company It took you how many days to reply ??? Awful service the rug is nothing like the photo I want compensation
